Payment

All prices shown are in British pounds. Live Love Home accepts payment made through PayPal. If you wish to pay by an alternative means eg. cheque or BACs transfer please contact us for further information.

 

Returns

All our products are checked and wrapped carefully before leaving us but if in the unfortunate case that your item arrives damaged in transit please make sure that you contact us within 24hrs of receipt. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period. We will require you to supply us with an email and photographs of the damage in order for us to claim from our couriers.

 

Postage and Packaging

Our standard postage charge for UK mainland is £3.95. Delivery prices may vary depending on size and weight of parcel and delivery location. Please contact us for further information. We aim to send all orders within 7-10 days subject to stock availability. We will notify via email if there is any change to this.
